Our Concrete Floor Coatings – Products and Services

 Self Leveling Concrete – We have 3 types of self leveling cementitious floor coatings each providing various functions. They can be used over concrete, wood, VCT and Asbestos Tile. They have near zero shrinkage making them ideal for cost saving solutions over problematic surfaces. They can be used as underlayments for carpet, tile and hardwood or decorative wear surfaces. They can be colored, polished and sealed. They are ideal for both residential and commercial uses and can be applied from 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thickness.

Cement Overlays, Skim Coats and Microtoppings – Numerous types including Sgraffino, Pentimento and Terrazzi.

• Sgraffino – Thin concrete floor coating applied by squeegee or trowel. Sgarffino can be integrally colored and topically stained and dyed. Unlimited decorative patterns are achievable as well as the look of custom tile. Extremely durable with compressive strength of 4200 psi. Base colors available in white or grey. Sgarffino can be sealed with epoxies, acrylics or water based products.
• Pentimento – A natural appearance cement overlay. Thicker than Sgraffino, applied at 1/8th inch thickness. Compressive strength of 5200 psi. Can be integrally colored with Colorfast, our line of colored, iron oxide pigments. Surfaces can be topically colored with water and solvent based dyes or concrete acid stains. Pentimento can be sealed for long term durability and decor. Simple maintenance solutions. Great for living rooms, baths, kitchens, retail stores, restaurants and offices.
• Terrazzi – This is our cost effective resurfacing system for achieving a polishing concrete floor look. Extremely durable with design versatility like with Sgraffino and Pentimento. As with all our overlays, floors can be sealed with numerous options including epoxies, acrylics and water based products. Floors up to 20,000 square feet can be completed in 1 day.

Epoxy Concrete Floor Coatings

• Perdure High Build System – This is a 20-25 mil thickness industrial wear epoxy concrete floor coating. Use for commercial kitchens, cafeterias and warehouses. Numerous colors are available.
• Perdure Traffic Flooring System – This is a high performance concrete floor coating applied at 40-60 mil thickness. Great for use in Aircraft hangars, Warehouse and Manufacturing, Clean Rooms and more!
• Perdure Self Leveling Epoxy Coatings – These concrete floor coatings are ideal for restoring damaged cementitious surfaces. Various thicknesses are achievable depending on requirement. Non slip and easy to maintain.
• Endura Epoxies - A Grade lll system ideal for garage and basement floors, restaurants, retail stores and warehouses. Use a full chip application for granite floor decorative appearance. Excellent adhesion to concrete. Non slip and low maintenance.
• Lumiere Metallic System – High performance decorative concrete floor coatings system with bright colors and unique designer appearance. Polyaspartic top coat is applied for long term protection and scratch resistance. High tensile strength of 8500 psi and compressive strength of 11,000 psi.

Concrete Repair Products

• Perdure CR  – This is our high performance repair product for fixing cracks in floors and walls.  Fast turnaround with corrosion resistance. Perfect system for use on any concrete or masonry surface. Mix with water to adjust consistency for your use.
• Perdure ECF – Epoxy crack repair with 100% solids. Use floor floors and walls. Excellent for repairing damaged surfaces before application of epoxy concrete floor coatings.
• Moisture Vapor Treatment MVT – high tolerance product to floors with moisture vapor issues. Reduces radon. Apply to floors with moisture vapor and before application of epoxy and cementitious overlays.
• Gelled Acid – For etching and cleaning concrete surfaces. Easy to apply and control. Removes mold, mildew, rust and other contaminants.

Decorative Concrete Dyes and Stains

• Patinaetch – This is our concrete acid stain used on existing concrete floor coatings and cementitious overlays for producing natural earth tone colors and marbleized appearance.
• Deso Dyes - Numerous colors available. Earth tones and vibrant custom colors available for decorative appearance on concrete and overlays. Water Based
• Pellucid Dyes – Solvent based dyes achieve vibrant colors for both existing concrete and cement overlays and self leveling concrete.
• Colorfast – Iron Oxide pigments for integrally coloring concrete floor coatings. Colors provide natural appearance.

Sealers For Concrete Floor Coatings

• Epoxy – Numerous epoxies available for sealing concrete and cementitious overlays.
• Polyurethane – Perdure U45,  ideal sealer for many of our systems.
• Polyaspartic – Perdure P70 is used as a top coat over other floor sealers.
• Acrylic – Used as a sealer for old and new concrete floor coatings and overlays.
